I'm excited to announce that I'll be returning as a guest on The Last Storyteller Podcast with Jim Hirtle!
After joining Jim previously to discuss my debut novel, Because of Jane, and my journey as an independent author, I'm thrilled to be welcomed back to talk about my newest release, Because of Maddie: The Girl Who Said, "ENOUGH."
This next chapter of the story takes readers into Maddie's adolescent years, exploring the complicated realities of childhood abuse, coercive control, finding the courage to speak up, and what happens when a child finally says, "ENOUGH."
During our conversation, we'll explore the inspiration behind Because of Maddie, the challenges and rewards of writing stories rooted in lived experiences, and how storytelling can help create awareness, understanding, and meaningful conversations about abuse and survival.
