It’s no longer just a song I relate to, it’s a song I get to stand up and own.

Healing doesn’t just help you find your voice. It teaches you how to use it.

Resilience isn’t about how much you can endure. It’s about knowing when you’ve endured enough.

During some of my hardest years, her music reminded me I wasn’t powerless.

You are not invisible. Even in the dark, your story matters. You will be found.

Standing up for what is right sometimes means standing apart, and that’s scary. But it’s also powerful.

So many survivors carry an inner voice that says we weren’t enough, weren’t strong enough, should’ve done more. This anthem interrupts that.

Happiness is not something survivors have to earn, it’s something they deserve.
